Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager at ASM Global will oversee, implement, and manage assigned marketing strategies and duties set by the Marketing Director. This role provides support through various responsibilities, including digital advertising, social media, website and email management, and event production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Advertising: Execute campaigns across various digital platforms and channels, develop and maintain editorial content and calendars, and utilize analytics tools to gather data on campaign performance.
  • Social Media: Understand and execute social media strategies across platforms to enhance brand visibility, grow followers, engagement, and drive attendance to events. Create compelling content, execute posts across all channels, and partner with agency teams to stay updated on current trends and best practices.
  • Website and Email: Oversee the development and maintenance of websites, ensure a seamless user experience, and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic. Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote events, engage with the audience, and drive ticket sales.
  • Reporting and Presentation Support: Pull research data/analytics for meetings, collaborate in the development of ongoing reports and presentations, and provide insights on best-performing efforts and recommendations for improvement.
  • Communications and Event Day Support: Ensure advertising, signage, promotions, vendors, etc. are in place, on-site, and executing duties. Manage event day social media, assist marketing teams on event days, and serve as a backup for various responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, website development/management, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Industry-related experience preferred (entertainment, travel/tourism, radio/television, advertising agency).

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

Local to the Greater Ontario/Inland Empire area preferred. Must have reliable transportation. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the complex, travel between different offices/venues/events, stand for long hours during events, talk, and hear. Extended keyboard and computer usage is also required.
