The salary range for this role is:

$21.43 - $34.24

Responsibilities:

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring all daily processing and inventory transactions (reconciliations, ship confirmation, order adjustments and invoice adjustments) are completed. This position is responsible for investigating inventory discrepancies and maintain Cycle Count Program. The Inventory Control Analyst will reconcile inventory for assigned locations, and complete close out and other assignments to support month end accounting. This position will also support PPIC, Supply Chain, and Customer Service in order to maximize service levels by ensuring accurate inventory balances.

  • Daily and weekly reconciliation of inventory general ledger accounts with inventory accounting.
  • Review inventory reports for trends to verify accuracy and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee all facets of Inventory Control for assigned locations
  • Maintain Daily inventory reconciliation at 100% accuracy for assigned warehouses, including 3PL's and Co-Pack by transaction, by "lot" for Operational requirements.
  • Maintain monthly inventory reconciliation by SKU at 100% accuracy for assigned warehouses, including 3-PL's and Co-Pack, per Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
  • Investigate shortages and overages and reconcile reasons for inventory adjustments.
  • Maintain and manage accurate Cycle Counts of inventory.
  • Research inventory discrepancies to identify issues and initiate corrective action to resolve.
  • Confirm discrepancies are tied back to inventory system and all paperwork.
  • Daily "ship" verification process for assigned warehouse to ensure that invoice issues related to shipping are accurately addressed in a timely manner.
  • Oversee daily execution of the return and rebill process to ensure satisfaction of the customer, customer service, credit/collections and deductions representative
  • Communicate with facilities, co-pack accounting, PPIC, Customer Service, and IT on daily basis to resolve issues
  • Coordinate with field inventory control to ensure proper resolution to balance inventory general ledger accounts.
  • Process inventory transactions to ensure accurate inventory balances for assigned warehouses, including 3PL's.
  • Process daily adjustments for assigned warehouses, including 3PL's, according to procedures consistent with company objectives
  • Support QA with mock recalls and hold inventories for resolution as needed.
  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in the area of inventory control.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business, or related area (or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience with a background in inventory control and warehouse operations as well as customer service preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP Inventory systems required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Previous inventory control experience
  • Strong work ethic with proven ability to work with deadlines and commitment including occasional weekends
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks on a daily basis when required
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and coordinate well with others
