Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Operations in Paycom:
  • Manage job postings to ensure all open positions are accurately listed.
  • Approve requisition, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Create workflows to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Establish access in Paycom for new recruiters to ensure they have the necessary tools.
  • Assist managers with requisition creation, providing guidance as needed.
  • Oversee new hire position seat management to maintain accurate records.
  • Clean up job templates to eliminate duplicates and maintain efficiency.
  • All other Paycom tasks whether stated at this time.
Onboarding Management:

•Manage and prioritize own onboarding workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Liaison for new employees
  • Serve as the primary liaison for new employees, addressing any onboarding-related issues or concerns.
  • Host a weekly Issues & Answer Call to provide support and answer questions for new hires.

Other Operational Duties that pertain to onboarding and talent acquisition

Qualifications

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree preferred

•Proven experience in talent acquisition and onboarding operations.

•Proficiency in a HRIS systems, Paycom is a plus.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Excellent communication skills.

•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

•Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
