Independently perform research and discuss loans with line partners with confidence and knowledge. Work with a range in complexity of documentation. Interface with company vendors, legal counsel, and line partners to ensure world-class documentation accuracy. Maintain primary responsibility for accuracy of documentation, timely delivery of documents, and elimination of controllable re-works. Assist Market Leader in the facilitation of team meetings, training, and quality review when necessary. Responsibilities: Independently prepare standard to highly complex loan documents for Private Bank clients in accordance with Bank of America's policies and procedures. Interact with underwriting, in-house legal counsel, and sales to ensure world-class documentation accuracy. Review outside counsel prepared documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with credit approval. Required Qualifications: Consumer and/or commercial loan documentation experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Detail-oriented. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Work well under time constraints. Desired Qualifications: Bank of America Private Bank or Commercial loan documentation experience.
