Well be looking for YOU to:

  • Assist the HR team with every aspect of the employment life cycle from recruitment to onboarding, to HR program administration, to learning and talent development, to employee recognition, to off boarding youll be the hub
  • Administer bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees. Assist employees with anything and everything payroll related you got this
  • Become our HRIS guru take our HR tech to the next level for a truly seamless social, collaborative, and engaging employee experience here come those five-star reviews
  • Develop eye-catching employee communication pieces to share out the latest HR-related information on a variety of topics including wellness and benefits.
  • Administer Recognition @ SIF programs to say THANK YOU to our amazing team members.

Your background should include:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two+ years experience in an HR role supporting multiple areas within the world of HR.
  • Payroll administration experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience using social media as a successful recruitment tool.
  • Experience with Canva (or similar graphic design platform) very helpful.
  • FMLA administration experience helpful.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, including ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and follow through on commitments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills (verbal, written, presentation) and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Impeccable ethics, personal confidence, compassion, and candor in dealing with human resources issues.
  • Ability to handle changing priorities, deal with ambiguity, and use sound judgment in stressful situations.
  • Embraces technology and tools; proficient using Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
