Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing HR administration for multiple portfolio companies.

  • Assist with processes and paperwork for employee offers, orientation, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Manage all employment and 1099-related contracts.
  • Manage, review, and periodically update employee handbook of policies and procedures
  • Support and participate in recruiting new employees. Includes participating in job fairs, internship programming, and other relevant exercises.
  • Facilitate and maintain annual employee review and professional development program
  • Provide support and guidance for performance improvement plans when applicable.
  • Manage employee records and update their status as needed.
  • Serve as the first point for employee assistance and information relating to HR topics.
  • Respond to all employee inquiries, obtain and provide requested information, or take appropriate action to resolve, refer, or escalate issues per company HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits program.

Other Duties:

  1. Work with different teams and managers to maintain a positive work environment.
  2. Provide administrative assistance to all departments.
  3. Identify, develop, and implement process improvements specific to HR administration and coordination.
  4. Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedure documentation for all departments.
  5. Work as Benefits Administrator with data input and extraction for vendor carriers and plans.
  6. Assist leadership with planning employee events.

Must-Have Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources.

3 to 5 years of work experience in Human Resources in the software/technology industry

Microsoft Office experience; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Previous experience managing health, dental, vision insurance, HSA/FSA, and 401K benefits.

Previous experience with ADP or other similar payroll software programs.

Ability to connect and communicate with empathy

Ability to work collaboratively and with urgency

Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to details
