Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at RealTruck. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing and maintaining HR records, reports, and documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule HR-related events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions

This position operates in a professional office environment. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
