Curated Mental Health is an innovative mental health clinic with focus on providing care to those who need them the most. We offer a full spectrum of personalized services including medication management services, and interventional treatment like dTMS and ketamine infusions for patients with treatment resistant depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and OCD.

Our Mission: to deliver psychedelic-assisted therapy to all patients who need it, regardless of payer. We plan to bring MDMA-assisted psychotherapy online as soon as it's approved.

Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as the point of contact between patients, administrative staff, and clinical staff,

- Monitor and act on scheduling by constantly using our patient communication applications,

- Actively review providers schedules to allow for optimized scheduling in accordance with the operation's needs,

- Assist patients with forms and whatever is needed to allow for care,

- Support practice management in problem solving and planning to support optimization of services,

- Report to practice management on relevant information regarding daily operations,

- Actively monitor patient concerns and demands, report to management when appropriate, and recover service as needed,

- Assist with administrative related tasks and other patient flow indicators,

- Participate in regular group meetings with operations team.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Ability to multitask, organize and solve problems

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong understanding of electronic medical records

- Verified 2+ years of experience
