Job Summary
We are seeking for individual to join our client’s team as Patient Portal Liaison. You will be managing and supporting the use of patient portals within healthcare settings.
Job Description
- Will be approaching patients and asking them if they have access to the portal (my Chart)
- Enrolling, Educating, Deactivate
- Must be engaging
- Must have good communication
- Needs to do a lot of talking with patients
- Will be on their feet most of the time working on a portable workstation
Skills Required
- One year experience.
- Bilingual required (English and Spanish/French)
- Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to type 25 to 35 wpm, strong internet and computer skills, have a professional manner, strong training experience.
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma desired required. BA or currently enrolled in a BA program.
Additional Requirements
- Shift Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
