Job Overview:
Expand the company´s market presence and revenue by effectively leading and managing the outside sales team in the traditional US market, developing effective sales strategies and fostering strong relationships with key customers.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and expand market´s presence in the US.
Lead, mentor and motivate the sales representatives and inside sales manager to maximize their potential and reach objectives and exceed their targets.
Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the target market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers and strategic partners that provide new opportunities.
Provide regular KPI reports to senior management, utilizing data to make decisions and optimize performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective alignment of sales and marketing efforts to generate leads and maximize revenue.
Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Requirements:
Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or related field
5-10+ years experience in sales
3-5 years experience in Food Industry
Meat distribution industry
preferred

Familiarity with the traditional US meat market
