What You'll Bring for Success: + Bachelor's degree or higher in related field. + 5+ years of experience in a Recruitment role owning the full talent acquisition lifecycleencompassing talent identification & attraction, process management, & stakeholder management. + Ability to create &implement effective sourcing strategies for various roles & departments such as Sales, IT/Development, Marketing, Design, Editorial, Administration, etc. + Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter & other recruitment tools. + Excellent verbal & written communication skills & ability to craft effective candidate outreach messaging. + Ability to learn quickly & course-correct as necessary to meet goals. + Familiarity with hiring & recruitment laws, regulations, &best practices. + Ability to work in a fast-pace environment & adapt to change. + Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. + Proactive & independent with strong initiative. + Proficiency with applicant tracking software. + SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
