Key Responsibilities Receives and reviews invoices processed against check requests, purchase orders, purchasing cards, travel cards, meal allowances, travel expense reports, mileage reimbursements, tuition reimbursement, refunds and other related documentation for completeness and compliance with governmental accounting practices, procedures and contractual requirements. Matches original invoices with check requests, purchase orders, reimbursements, refunds and credit card transactions and performs calculations to determine appropriate payment amounts, schedules, extensions, approvals and contractual compliance.
