Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will cultivate and maintain significant relationships with clients, leveraging your financial expertise to propose tailored solutions that address their needs. Your contributions to the branch's success will include:
- Establishing enduring relationships with clients, identifying their financial requirements, and customizing product and service recommendations.
- Collaborating with business partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect clients with specialists for their unique needs.
- Managing a teller drawer to serve clients in the lobby and drive-up.
- Opening accounts, performing account maintenance, and assisting clients with digital banking products.
- Identifying potential fraud and other risks.
- Depending on your shift, you may be responsible for the bank's opening and closing procedures.
- Supporting community and bank events.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or sales roles.
- Previous banking experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
