Your Role: Banking & Treasury Specialist

As the Banking & Treasury Specialist, you'll be a key player in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. You'll manage important processes like bank reconciliations, merchant processing, and cash deposits, ensuring everything is accurate and on point. Plus, you'll be a valuable resource for the team, providing support and sharing your know-how with other teams.

With a focus on Accounts Receivable, you'll be at the forefront of processing customer payments, managing accounts, and making sure we stay on track with timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Reconciliation: Keep everything in check by ensuring all accounts are balanced and accurate through daily bank reconciliations.
  • Cash Management: Oversee daily cash deposits, making sure they're processed and recorded correctly.
  • Merchant Processing Oversight: Audit and reconcile merchant processing fees monthly, ensuring every detail is spot on.
  • Effective Communication: Keep local management in the loop by reporting any discrepancies and confirming accurate processing of transactions.
  • Payment Processing: Accurately process customer payments, ensuring they're applied correctly and on time.
  • Account Management: Monitor customer accounts, handle billing inquiries, and manage overdue accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on account status and payment activity, providing valuable insights to the team.
