The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Office Manager.

Dr. Detail Services Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Administrative team member to provide accounting and administrative services in the Compton office.

**Responsibilities Include but not limited to**:
Generate invoices after ensuring customers orders & invoices are properly coded.

Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

Perform day-to-day financial transactions

Facilitate receipt of payments due by sending reminders and contacting clients in a professional manner

Generate reports

Perform general administrative duties such as providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.

Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.

Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.

Supports team and Leadership by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Ensures operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Assist HR with onboarding and timesheet verification.

Train and learn how to provide basic reports.
