Vaco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join their team in the Manufacturing industry. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing incoming marketing requests and projects, following up with vendors, and managing purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming marketing requests and projects
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Manage purchase orders and track inventory
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
  • Experience working with graphic design agencies is a plus
  • Minimum of one year of marketing administrative experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or associate's degree preferred
