In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating import operations, ensuring the smooth and timely movement of shipments by air and ocean. You will provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with customers, overseas agents, and service providers, and manage the flow of information to ensure efficient shipment processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by working closely with customers to understand their needs, address their inquiries, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- **Shipment Coordination**: Handle the coordination of air and ocean shipments, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and timely.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, overseas agents, and service providers to ensure the proper flow of information and efficient shipment processes.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for import shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely submission.
- **Problem Resolution**: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipment process, ensuring mínimal disruption and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas agents, and service providers to facilitate smooth operations and future business opportunities.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all shipments comply with local and international regulations and company policies.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management on shipment status and any issues encountered.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance requirements.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in import/export operations, with a strong understanding of air and ocean shipping processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
