Schedule:Monday-Friday, 10AM-12PM and 1PM-3PM PST (20-22hrs/wk)

**Role Summary**:
Join our team as the Admissions and Operations Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations at EFBA. From managing program registrations to handling finances and ensuring compliance, you'll be the go-to person for our clients and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage program registrations and inquiries, ensuring a seamless process
- Handle financial tasks including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable
- Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and providers
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient operations and strategic projects

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years administration and finance experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools
- Commitment to professional development and growth mindset

**Physical Requirements**:
This role may involve standing, walking, and lifting items occasionally.
