The Admissions Operations Manager will provide administrative and public relations support to the Admissions Office, reporting directly to the Head of Enrollment Management. This role requires an individual with high energy, excellent operational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle confidential matters. The ideal candidate will have a professional presence and the ability to foster strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and partner school administrators.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accurate database records of prospective applicants through the online enrollment application process.
- Calculate GPA for all applicants and process admissions-related inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of elementary school visits and presentations, as well as the Walk Around Wednesday program.
- Implement the Shadow Visit program and maintain relevant information on the admissions database.
- Support the preparation and implementation of the annual Open House, evening recruitment events, and the freshman interview process.
- Manage volunteer activities involving parents and students.
- Compile and maintain lists of contacts, prepare mailings, letters, and reports, and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in standard office productivity software, and the ability to master database software programs unique to the educational and admissions environments. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is required. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for education, we encourage you to apply.
