Learning Programs Specialist

We’re looking for a **Learning Programs Coordinator **to join Procore’s Product and Tech (P&T) Enablement organization. In this role, you’ll develop a competency-based hiring program for the P&T organization, and assist with planning, scheduling and delivering learning programs.

As a Learning Programs Coordinator, you’ll partner with engineers, designers and product managers to develop a world-class hiring process based upon the competencies/skills outlined in the skills frameworks. You will also work with out internal instructors to build out technical learning programs.

This position reports into the **Director of Capability Development** and will be based in our Austin office We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

**What you’ll do**:

- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and delivery of learning programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Capture and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of learning program content, materials, participant feedback and skills improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of competency-based recruiting and interviewing strategies for technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical competencies required for each role.
- Develop and maintain a database of competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Train recruiters and hiring managers on competency-based interviewing techniques.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field with at least 3-5 years of experience
- Proven experience in coordinating learning programs, preferably within the tech industry.
- Knowledge of competency-based recruiting and interviewing methods.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
