We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide support to the CEO. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Conduct research and compile information for reports or presentations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
**Skills**:

- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and front desk operations is beneficial

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
