Roles and Responsibilities
- Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, leases, and uniforms/office apparel
- Book employee hotels and flights as needed
- Manage GPS equipment, van maintenance reports, and fleet alerts
- Update van maintenance reporting as needed
- Renew contractor licenses annually
- Support Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Payroll with weekly and monthly functions
- Initiate and process credit card payments
- Perform receptionist duties; organize office lunches and events, answer/transfer phone calls, greet visitors, provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with collections; attend applicable meetings
- Contact and communicate with customers for preventative maintenance and blanket calls
- Support departments with projects and tasks as needed/assigned
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Provide backup support for dispatch as needed
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to demonstrate professional work ethic
- Exceptional interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of office equipment and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multitask
