This position includes performing regular monthly maintenance on networks and systems and working on our inside support desk to resolve issues. We provide a high-performing, outsourced IT department to our customers. This includes proactive maintenance and monitoring, systems administration, reactive troubleshooting services, and strategic planning.

Experience Desired:

- Associates or Bachelors degree
- On-the-job experience
- Microsoft Windows desktop experience
- TCP/IP and routing knowledge
- Comfort working with a variety of printers and peripheral devices
- Current Microsoft certifications are a huge plus

This position does require regular on-site attendance in our Brookfield, WI office.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
