**Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience in Sales**:5+ years of sales experience with at least 3+ years in selling technology or software.
- ** Track Record of Achievement**:Consistently achieving or over-achieving quota; in the top 20% compared to peers in past positions.
- ** Sales Tech Savvy**:Experience using sales technologies including CRM, prospecting tools, sales enablement tools, and Microsoft Office.
- ** Resilient**:Handle rejection by prospective customers with tenacity and maintain a positive attitude when reaching out to prospects.

**Preferred but not required**:

- Work experience at a background check company.
- Proven success in a startup or small business environment.
