**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers to resolve queries.
- Coordinate and plan freight bookings with overseas forwarding agents for shipment and local trucking companies.
- Facilitate communication among sales reps, customers, and team members.
- Implement problem-solving strategies for manufacturing or delivery issues.
- Maintaining files, databases, and records. This could include organizing paperwork, updating spreadsheets, and managing digital documents
- Perform other relevant duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-year college degree and minimum 4 years of prior office administration experience.
- Skilled in problem-solving and multitasking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure, demonstrating urgency and following instructions with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Experience with Logistics/Inventory management is advantageous.

**Position Details**:
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
