ASI currently has a hybrid work model. All employees, who live within a one-hour commuting distance, are required to work onsite on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

In this role, you will provide ASI's distributors and suppliers with product support and training on how to use electronic and digital products to grow their businesses faster and more profitably. You will also assist with information gathering, document preparation, and maintenance for the ASI Knowledge Bases.

The Technical Product Support Analyst/Writer will report to the Director, Technical Product Support. You'll join our Technical Services department and work closely with the Technical Content and Training Manager.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offering members comprehensive training, guidance and recommendations related to new and existing products.
- Training members to use our search tools, print materials, software, and online products, including ESP Platform (Web, CRM, Orders, Mobile, Websites), and ESPOnline, for quick solutions. Verbally walking members through using all products.
- Prioritizing and attending to all inquiries with friendliness and professionalism while focusing on attaining first call resolution goals.
- Handling escalated issues and resolving as many as possible before referring them to a Senior Product Support Analyst or to management.
- Instructing members on installation of basic hardware and software via the telephone, internet, and written instructions.
- Supporting Management and L2 with research and resolution of tickets and QA reviews.
- Working with the L2 support team to track escalations and maintain escalation list.
- Acting as point person for tasks and projects in the absence of the Technical Content and Training Manager.
- Reviewing and updating product knowledge bases and help content to ensure accuracy.
- Conducting periodic quality reviews and provide recommendations and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous work experience writing, both technical information and detailed reports required.
- 3-5 years Help Desk/Call Center/end user support experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Bachelors' degree preferred.
- Trade/Professional certification in Technical Writing or Instructional Design a plus.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to complete accurate data entry.
- Professional phone demeanor.
- Aptitude for technology.
