Partner's Consulting, Inc. is in search of a Technical Business Analyst III who possesses strong confidence and is adept at engaging with executive-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will exhibit an outgoing personality, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in written documentation, as they will interact with diverse audience levels. Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple tasks are vital for success in this position. The role requires on-site presence from Tuesday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate sessions for gathering business requirements with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departments such as billing, finance, and client implementation to align on both immediate and future objectives.
  • Document functionalities, including intricate logic related to healthcare billing.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for various stakeholders, including users of the billing system, member and client support teams, development, QA, and management.
  • Daily responsibilities include:
    • Addressing production-related issues.
    • Monitoring and assessing product development progress.
    • Troubleshooting complex billing challenges in partnership with teams.
    • Tracking urgent issues to resolution, conducting root cause analysis, and devising long-term solutions.
  • Project-specific tasks involve:
    • Collaborating with the lead business analyst to develop a product roadmap.
    • Analyzing user preferences and requests from various stakeholders interacting with the billing system.
    • Participating in refinement sessions to ensure the adequacy of user stories and requirements.
    • Engaging in sprint planning, including establishing sprint objectives.
    • Contributing to release and upgrade planning.
    • Attending daily support and project meetings with stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience that provides knowledge of fundamental theories, principles, and practices.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst is essential.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in supporting billing systems is required.
  • Ability to analyze complex details to identify root causes of challenges.
  • Proficient in prioritizing time-sensitive tasks effectively.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with product development architecture, including ETL processes.
