''Meet the Press with Kristen Welker” is looking for a Researcher/Production Associate with exceptional editorial skills, strong news judgment, a demonstrated expertise in covering politics and policy, as well as strong tape, digital and social skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with graphic artists and graphics coordinator to conceive, develop and execute graphics
- Translate political polling to television, with attention to detail
- Generate and pitch show ideas, program guests and franchise segments
- Produce political panel
- Gather sound and assist with ''Meet the Press'' interview elements and spots
- Produce guest research and write questions for ''Meet the Press'' moderator
- Shoot and edit stories for digital and social platforms, and elements for broadcast
- Edit show promos, early release clips and other show franchises
- Identify top news-making moments for NBC News affiliates
- Assist with show archiving
- Contribute to “Meet the Press” blog
- Assist with podcast production for ''The Chuck ToddCast'' and other audio projects

**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of experience in news production
- At least 2 years of tape, field and editing experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- Must be willing to work in Washington, DC
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be available to work Saturdays & Sundays as part of the regular weekly schedule and evenings and holidays as required

**Additional Requirements**:
