About the Position

We are seeking a passionate Research Associate in K-12 STEM education to contribute to a range of projects focused on enhancing outcomes for diverse learners in STEM education. In this role, you will collaborate on research and evaluation initiatives, manage data collection and analysis, and communicate findings to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to research projects in K-12 STEM education, analyzing data and developing research findings
  • Support qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, ensuring high-quality research methods
  • Manage relationships with research participants and sites, fostering strong partnerships
  • Coordinate project activities and timelines, ensuring timely completion of research initiatives
  • Prepare reports and research findings for presentation, effectively communicating complex data to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience OR Master's degree in relevant fields, such as education, research methods, or a related field
  • Knowledge of K-12 STEM education issues and policies, including current trends and challenges
  • Experience in research and project management, with a strong understanding of research design and methodology
  • Proficiency in data analysis software, including statistical analysis and data visualization tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
