**Job Summary**:
**Duties - Program Administrator**:

- Communicate with parents/guardians, students, and faculty regarding any pertinent information for events, programs, classes, or payments.
- Be a pleasant presence to interact with parents and students, while also answering questions and providing information as needed.
- Plan, organize, and communicate any breaks, holidays, or other reasons for regularly scheduled dance classes to be cancelled. Provide options for makeup classes or prorations for students.
- Operate and utilize the scheduling, class, and student profile system: _GoTeamUp_
- Operate and utilize Google suite programs (such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar, etc.)
- Be a liaison for information between Artistic Director and faculty as well as parents/students.
- Additional tasks/responsibilities as needed.

**Duties - Event Coordinator**:

- Plan and coordinate various events such as performances/recitals, photoshoots, masterclasses, camps, intensive programs, and fundraisers.
- Work with outside vendors, partners, and organizations in collaboration for various events and programming.
- Organize and communicate with all volunteers for any performance or event.
- Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring all expenses stay within the allocated budget.
- Oversee the logistics of program ticketing creation and sales process (currently utilizing "PromoTix" for most performances)
- Communicate and advertise for each event to ensure adequate turnout/attendance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and guests throughout the event.
- Set-up and tear-down of events.
- Creative design ideas and suggestions for performance decor.
- Additional event tasks as needed (may differ from event-to-event).

**Skills**:

- Experience in dance training
- Experience in dance/ballet performances and events
- Experience in guest services and customer service
- Experience in communication and interacting with parents/students
- Experience in creating, organizing, and/or managing events
- Proficiency in event marketing and promotions
- Knowledge of events management principles and best practices
- Ability to budget effectively for events of varying sizes
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail in event planning
- Patient with children/students
- An excited demeanor for learning new skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
