Front of House Manager

- Leads and directs all FOH staff
- Recruits and hires qualified staff
- Leads the team with a positive professional attitude
- Coordinates with BOH staff
- Serves as a role model by setting high standards for self and others
- Trains, hires and schedules all staff
- Sales and cash controls are in place an utilized
- Inventories are accurate and at proper levels
- Facilities are well maintained
- Service standards are achieved
- Opening/closing/cleaning check lists are in place and utilized
- Relevant information is shared with bookkeeping in a timely manner
- All other responsibilities as dictated by the business or assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Supervisory experience in a restaurant setting (2+ years)
- POS system proficiency, including Square
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience in interviewing and hiring staff
- Familiarity with inventory control and food preparation

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
