As the National Account Manager (NAM), you will contribute to volume, share, and distribution goals by developing strategy, selling, and implementing plans with all assigned accounts for the College and University channels of Non-Commercial for Red Bull North America. You will report to the Senior Director of Non-Commercial Sales and be located in any major metro in the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Lead our overall strategy for the college and university channel of Non-Commercial sales.

Coordinate and advise us on responses to College and University Request for Proposal's.

Experience with National Account fundamentals; Development of customer strategies and key business drivers, strategic category and item management, and consultative selling

Use all resources to collect and analyze relevant category, customer, and consumer data to inform insight led business plans

Lead joint annual business planning between National Accounts and management teams; Focus on developing strategic National and Regional programs with integrated annual calendar plans to achieve volume and distribution with positive Return on investment. Ensuring execution by collaborating with National Account teams and field sales to ensure 100% compliance of programs at the store level

Participate in regular business reviews and customer activities to build relationships and 'wire' National accounts to its deepest level

Manage ways of working across all RTMs Including DSD, Vistar and Broadline

Manage contract negotiation/renewal process across current and new National Accounts and Universities

BUDGETS/ANNUAL PLANNING

Help develop, track, and control budgets to secure agreement on the annual Business Plan budgets

Manage expense spending to assigned budget

Controls account volume forecasting and spend management through accurate and regular Customer Program Management (CPM) updates

PROGRAMMING

Develop National and Regional programs and activations to lead execution and awareness and contribute to our customer priorities

Work with our Trade Marketing and Point of Sale Teams to develop conceptual selling tools to achieve account goals while driving permanent displays; Implement displays following HQ channel guidelines

Evaluate Return on investment before recommending specific programming or customized POS solutions and perform post-promotion analysis to evaluate promotional effectiveness.

EXPERIENCE

that matter most for this role: 5+ years Sales and Key Account experience with Non-Commercial Sales with experience in the College and University landscape. Experience using internal and external data sources (i.e. Syndicated data like Nielsen, IRI, CPM, and Sales Data) Negotiation experience In-depth knowledge of Foodservice industry Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree Fluent in English Travel 70-80% Permanent Benefits eligible
