Ouro is seeking an experienced **Business Development Manager** who you will be instrumental in driving our growth and expanding our reach within the financial services ecosystem. This role focuses on developing new client relationships and enhancing existing ones, primarily targeting opportunities in the travel, leisure, lifestyle and sport verticals to identify partners that can benefit from our comprehensive suite of financial products.
**What you will bring**
- 8+ years with a Proven track record in business development, with extensive experience in sales, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships within the financial services sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM tools to manage client interactions and sales progress.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the card industry
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients and partners within the key verticals - travel, leisure, lifestyle and sport
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers. Initiate discussions with potential clients to explore and identify their needs, aligning those with OURO’s offerings
- Participate in the creation and execution of Go-to-Market strategies, ensuring they are tailored to meet regional demands and client expectations
- Drive efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline management and conversion strategies
- Develop comprehensive account plans that detail strategic initiatives for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and service adoption
- Utilize advanced tools for sales tracking and forecasting, providing regular updates to senior management on progress towards business goals
- Design and implement relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for business development activities to accurately measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Regularly review and adjust these KPIs to align with evolving business goals and market conditions
- ** **Utilize KPIs to monitor and report on the performance of business development strategies, ensuring objectives such as revenue growth, market penetration, and client acquisition rates are met or exceeded. Analyze data to provide strategic insights and drive decision-making processes
- Ensure all business development activities support the overall strategic objectives of the organization by aligning efforts with established KPIs. Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to refine strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback
- Establish KPIs related to customer satisfaction and retention, focusing on optimizing the client lifecycle and enhancing the customer experience. Monitor and enhance client engagement strategies based on these performance indicators to ensure long-term partnerships and revenue growth
