Position Title: Clinical Program Director
Core Qualifications:
- Must hold RADT-1 and CPR/First Aid certifications.
- A minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in a mental health care setting.
- At least 3 years' direct experience with substance abuse treatment or dual diagnosis.
- Proficient in 12-step program methodologies.
Leadership Structure:
- Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
- Supervises: Operations Staff
Role Objective:
To oversee the integration of clinical operations within the residential framework, promoting continuous improvement in treatment programs and ensuring compliance with health standards.
Essential Duties:
- Administer both clinical oversight and administrative management to therapy and operational staff.
- Lead strategic sessions for treatment planning and clinical team supervision on a weekly basis.
- Consult on and assist with the design and implementation of treatment programs.
- Liaise with and manage external relationships with insurance carriers, referral agencies, and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain rigorous standards for client documentation and oversee compliance with all court and regulatory agency reporting.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Implement in-service training for staff, focusing on clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
- Direct the development and periodic revision of client care protocols, collaborating closely with the COO.
- Manage emergency clinical interventions and provide on-call support for critical consultations.
- Handle financial aspects associated with client care, including insurance verification, claims processing, and account reconciliations.
Administrative Oversight:
- Ensure the effective operation of front office activities, medical records management, and inventory supplies.
- Supervise activities related to client financial accounts, insurance interactions, and staff credentialing.
- Oversee the organization of marketing materials and manage contractual relationships.
Conditions of Employment:
- The role demands a 24-hour on-call commitment for clinical emergencies and advisory needs.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as delegated by the Chief Operating Officer.
Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
