The Program Manager - COVID Recovery Rehousing Program (COVID RRP) is a critical role at St. Joseph Center, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program and ensuring the delivery of quality care to homeless and formerly homeless individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision to a team of case managers and housing navigators, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to provide field-based services.
- Oversee service delivery, working closely with the Director of Interim Housing to maintain the highest standard of services and ensure compliance with program requirements.
- Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with other service providers, law enforcement, and community resources to ensure a comprehensive approach to addressing homelessness.
- Develop, review, and revise administrative policies and procedures as necessary to ensure alignment with program requirements.
- Monitor staff productivity and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality performance.
- Oversee client referral and intake processes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Closely track client charts, progress notes, financial records, and other mandatory programmatic forms to ensure compliance and quality of care.
- Track progress towards meeting programmatic goals and develop strategies to address any gaps or challenges.
- Provide assessment, crisis intervention, and linkage to mental health and case management services as needed.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders, including program metrics and outcomes.
- Monitor program budget and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Participate in community, administrative, and fundraising activities as needed to support the mission of St. Joseph Center.
- Minimum one year of management and supervisory experience, with a strong desire to support and mentor staff.
- Two years' experience providing services in a community setting with homeless or at-risk populations, preferably in a Rapid Rehousing Program (e.g., HPRP, SSVF).
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, public health, human services, or a related field.
