Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in social work or psychology
    • 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • LCSW or licensed psychologist
    • Eligible for clinical supervision training to supervise registered MFT or MSW interns
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
