SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
This role will own the daily management of the internal Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) at the plant. The E-Maintenance Coordinator will assist in coordinating the preventative maintenance plan at the Seymour. The E-Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, developing and leading the process for managing the use of parts on the floor utilizing the CMMS.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Help develop/write preventative maintenance plans (PMs).
- Ensure all PMs are downloaded into E-Maintenance
- Manage Work Orders (WO)
- Assist in planning for PMs/WO execution
- Align/coordinate WOs with PM activities to ensure scheduled downtime is appropriate
- Assure all parts needed for PMs are available
- Prepare and kit parts/supplies for PMs/WOs
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with E-Maintenance
- Continue with leadership of the initiative to get all parts, with locations/unit cost, into E-Maintenance
- Organize the parts crib with location ID’s
- Ensure ownership of the tool crib inventory controls. Drive accountability for the check out process.
- Lead the definition of inventory Min/Max’s - continually evaluate
- Assist with developing alternative vendors/fabricators for long lead parts
- Track/drive the parts crib cycle count process for inventory accuracy
- Operate Pallet jack and other heavy equipment when necessary
- Coordinate with different departments and vendors to determine material availability and scheduling requirements
- Repetitive and continual physical work which involves moving and lifting heavy objects (up to 75lbs.) is required as well as the ability of stand for extended periods of time
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or the Equivalent.

Preferred: Post High School or Technical School Education

EXPERIENCE:
Required: Ability to learn, manage and teach others the proper use of a CMMS system. Coordinate PM’s, parts and schedules with the maintenance team to assure proper timely execution.

Preferred: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
