**Job Title: Office Administrator**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing office operations, managing vendors, coordinating events, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

**Duties**:

- Plan and coordinate office events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies and services
- Supervise office clerical staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and expense tracking
- Maintain office files and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping procedures are followed
- Manage calendars for executives and schedule appointments and meetings
- Oversee medical office management tasks, including patient scheduling and billing
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong vendor management skills with the ability to negotiate contracts
- Experience supervising staff and providing leadership
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Knowledge of general office procedures and clerical duties
- Ability to maintain organized files and records accurately
- Skilled in calendar management and scheduling
- Previous experience in medical office management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively

Pay: $22.11 - $23.45 per hour
