We are looking for an organized Front Desk Attendant with high attention to detail and high quality of work and accuracy and great customer service skills. Must have some computer knowledge, phone etiquette, and be able to professionally interact with clients. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, greeting clients, sorting daily mail/deliveries, making copies, scanning forms, keeping office organized, receiving mail and packages, helping staff with other duties as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Announce visitors to the appropriate person
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and office supplies)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Handles administrative and office-management tasks, such as processing orders, organizing the production schedule, assisting in time management of employees, confirming orders, and processing payments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Record order details on the computer system.
- Keep record of all shipping.
- Keep inventory and ordering/stocking office supplies
- Data Entry in Microsoft Excel
- Assist in maintaining good housekeeping in and around warehouse.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
