Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develops and executes comprehensive commercial campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives and organizational goals.
- Leads the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Supports initiatives to drive campaign performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate campaign strategies across B2B, B2B2C, and DTC channels, maximizing market impact and customer engagement.
- Oversees the development of compelling messaging, content, and creative assets that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our brand in the marketplace.
- Manages campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyzes market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Leads the development and execution of data-driven insights and reporting strategies to evaluate campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Partners with department leadership to evaluate headcount needs of department and participates in recruitment efforts.
- Mentors and coaches, a team of Campaign Specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth and development.
- Fosters a culture of collaboration, creativity, and resourcefulness within the commercial marketing team, inspiring excellence and innovation in campaign execution.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance.
- Ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial marketing, with a focus on revenue generation and campaign management.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful commercial campaigns in B2B, B2B2C, or DTC channels.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams, with a passion for inspiring excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
