The Marketing Manager position will lead M7’s marketing efforts in planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s marketing strategies across all channels. This role requires a creative and analytical mind capable of developing innovative marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns. Specific responsibilities may include: Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, social media, and traditional advertising. Manage and oversee the marketing team’s operations and projects, ensuring timely execution and quality output. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with Sales, Projects, and Customer Services teams to ensure cohesive branding and customer communication strategies. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and high ROI on marketing campaigns. Track, measure, and report the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting as necessary to meet objectives. Lead the development and management of the company’s online presence, including website content and social media profiles. Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging. Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge. Foster partnerships and relationships with external vendors, agencies, and stakeholders. Monitoring and analyzing business development metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Assist with special projects or initiatives outside of regular job responsibilities. Tasks or responsibilities that are not explicitly outlined within the job description but may be assigned as needed by supervisors or managers. Support colleagues and teams during busy or emergency periods or in areas where additional help is needed. Serve as a backup or fill-in for other roles or positions when necessary. Provide training or mentoring to new employees or colleagues. Contribute to process improvement initiatives or quality assurance efforts. EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in marketing, together with the potential and attitude required to learn. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
