The group offers the opportunity to view the “big picture” of retail operations and marketing, as well as develop specialized knowledge in specific areas.

This team is responsible for liaising with IT, Marketing, and Operations to accomplish results for Residential and Small Business market segments. Evaluates analyzes, and manages product, offer, campaigns and projects from idea through launch and designs business processes for ongoing operational support. Successful team members demonstrate skills to effectively address issues across multiple functional groups (e.g. Marketing, Regulatory, Customer Care, Contract Management, Transaction Processing, Billing, IT, Credit/Collections, Online, Telephony, Channel Vendors, Database Operations). A high degree of initiative and capability to work independently and cross-functionally is a required aspect of this job as well as strong interpersonal communication skills. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop approach documentation for new Marketing capabilities and products needed to support campaigns, including all cross-functional stakeholders from operations and IT in the review. This document includes the recommendations on “how” to implement the requested functionality. Develop business requirements and new business processes for new marketing capabilities and programs. Facilitate consensus around system and process changes from key stakeholders to effect timely and complete implementation. Identify improvement areas across Retail Marketing and Operation processes and develop solutions to address them. Facilitate Cross-functional teams across the organization to develop timelines for Retail campaigns, new product development, and project delivery. Manage end-end delivery of Retail Campaigns, New products, and projects, including Change management, project management and post-implementation support. Deliver status updates to key stakeholders at regular intervals. Continually evaluate the effectiveness of Campaign Execution processes and initiate process and system improvement activities. Campaign specific: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially marketing and sales, to successfully deliver retail marketing acquisition and retention campaigns. Serve as the key subject matter expert for marketing on operational and IT capabilities, knowledgeable on all processes across customer lifecycle. Support development of ongoing operational processes for new campaigns where needed, including launch of new commodity products and prices to market. Manage report development for Campaign Execution in support of campaigns. Project-specific:

Work with key stakeholders to develop and analyze business cases and requirements for new marketing capabilities and system enhancements. Identify skills required to implement projects, formulate a team and manage them to achieve project outcomes. Accountable for successful project implementation Role Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

The Analyst I gathers, analyzes and documents requirements for marketing-related IT and operational process changes and improvements. The analyst is also expected to learn multiple processes and systems. Coordinate and execute tasks as required to support campaign, project and product implementation Working Conditions:

An undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required. Experience:

1-3 years related experience required Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of retail competition, customer protection rules, Competitive Retailers Work effectively and build relationships with people at all levels. Comfortable working with a cross-functional business team composed of people with diverse backgrounds Attention to detail with organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and MS Project Pay Details $21 - $27.50/hour Payable Terms Recruiters receive contract commission payments once per month. Payment is processed after work for each contractor is verified at the end of the month. The commission is paid out on the first pay period of the following month.
