Join our client's dynamic restaurant chain as a Marketing Manager, where you'll take the lead in all marketing endeavors. Your role will involve orchestrating marketing plans, managing budgets, guiding the advertising agency, and maintaining their online presence. You'll be instrumental in driving sales through strategic branding, in-store promotions, and customer relationship management, playing a pivotal part in shaping our brand strategy and ensuring consistency across all platforms.


Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with our Marketing Coordinator to:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar to meet consumer needs and efficiently coordinate restaurant activities.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships as the primary liaison between the brand and clientele.
  • Strategize menu management, including pricing strategies and content development, to resonate with the brand identity and customer preferences.
  • Innovate in-store marketing initiatives to elevate the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with external media agencies to craft impactful campaigns across various channels, maximizing revenue and return on investment.
  • Analyze and optimize key metrics for our online ordering channels to drive transactions and boost sales.
  • Maintain website content, functionality, and user experience to ensure seamless interaction.
  • Oversee our e-club program, focusing on membership growth, engaging email campaigns, and performance analysis for enhanced engagement and retention.


As a qualified candidate, you should ideally possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on social, search, or performance-oriented channels - preferably with restaurants/hospitality
  • Exceptional project management skills to foster effective teamwork and motivation.
  • Proficiency in setting up campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, and other creative software for design and website upkeep.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies, with hospitality experience being advantageous.
