**What You Will Do**:

- Serves as a Senior Program Manager for a large federal government data analytics project (data warehouses, business intelligence/visualization).
- Facilitate open communication, conduct project meetings, act as primary point of contact with the Government.
- Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
- Directs completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints. Ensure that the technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.
- Evaluates performance results and recommends changes affecting project growth and success.
- Plans and directs technological improvements and project management implementation.
- Manages a diverse group of functional activities, subordinate groups of technical and administrative personnel.
- Provides business, financial, technical, and personnel management across multiple projects.

**What You Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience. Active PMP certification is required.
- 10+ years of experience serving as an Information Technology (IT) project manager. Experience in leading large software development project teams through all phases of a project lifecycle.
- Must show specialized, progressive experience in program management of complex and highly visible enterprise data analytics projects (data warehouses, business intelligence/visualizations) is required.
- Demonstrated team leadership including planning, scheduling and risk management activities.
- Data and financial analyst skills needed to prepare detailed project cost estimates and rough orders of magnitude.
- Superior verbal, written and group presentation and facilitation skills.
