**Responsibilities**:

- Estimate and manage new construction and retrofit projects, including roofing, siding, and waterproofing.
- Perform digital take-offs, prepare detailed proposals, and ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with general contractors, vendors, and key commercial clients.
- Lead sales efforts, including presentations and negotiations, while promoting value-driven solutions.
- Manage VIP and national accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee project quality control, material purchasing, and overall project profitability.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in project management and commercial estimating within the construction or similar industry.
- Proficiency in software tools such as ProEst, Acculynx, Sage Estimating, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of industry standards, construction contracts, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Education**:

- Associate degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of digital take-offs, project scheduling, and cost management.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Certifications**:

- Valid driver's license.
