The Solar Installation Supervisor will manage daily operations of solar projects, ensuring all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and within budget constraints. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in solar and battery installations, coupled with exceptional leadership abilities and a commitment to renewable energy.

- Hourly wage ranging from $40 to $55, based on battery installation experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation of photovoltaic solar systems and battery solutions.
- Manage and guide installation crews as directed by the Superintendent.
- Interpret and analyze permit-ready plans, providing solutions to any challenges that arise.
- Lead, train, and supervise installation teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Handle electrical tie-ins and assist with roofing installations.
- Install and mount hardware on various roof types.
- Set up AC and DC disconnects as required.
- Document the installation process and maintain effective communication with the operations team.
- Install and troubleshoot monitoring systems for photovoltaic systems.
- Perform duties required for subordinate roles as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in photovoltaic solar installation is required.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and AC/DC systems is essential.
- Experience as a solar electrician is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and training installation crews is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ground mounts and battery systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are crucial.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check is required.
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs, with a strong emphasis on safety practices.
- Must be capable of transporting materials and equipment, lifting up to 50 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
