Non-emergency medical transport company (specializing in wheelchair and stretcher transports) looking for Part-time dispatcher / operations manager to assist in managing a small fleet of Ford Transit vans and scheduling drivers for various styles of medical-related transports for both same-day and upcoming scheduled transport needs.

Must possess a **CAN-DO ATTITUDE.**... strong ability to logístically think and plan transports in relation to geographic locations, timing of distance variations and be certain of keeping scheduled transports on-time.

Will help in taking inbound phone calls with transport needs, use of dash-cam GPS locations to respond to inquiries regarding the status of drivers returning to pick-back-up clients from their appointments.

Will review driver logs, transport sheets and assist in ensuring correct posting of driver payroll hours.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- GED Diploma, High School Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs in a business setting - THIS IS A MUST
- Ability and initiative to speak-up with any issues pertaining to our diverse group of driVers and ideas for improvement in our operations
- Background check and drug screen
- CAN-DO attitude.... we're in the business of helping people
