**Key Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources, knowledge, and access.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, guiding clients through solutions to resolve issues.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our LED products and services to effectively assist clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support system.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with technical policies, standards, and software agreements.
- Product Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for product improvement.
- Training: Assist in providing training and educational resources to clients to maximize the utility of our products.
**Skills and requirements**:
- AS or BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills in English - both written and verbal. Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Customer-centric attitude and commitment to client satisfaction
- Ability in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity. Offers of employment are conditional upon the passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
