We’re looking for a patient representative for our Central Scheduling department who can help make our patients’ experience simply exceptional.
We’re looking for someone with a smile in their voice, who has an eye for detail, and who wants to ensure every patient receives the best care possible.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provides exceptional customer service to patients which establish a positive first impression of PediaTrust practices.
- Patient scheduling and registration
- Medical insurance processing and verification
- Maintaining electronic health records/Patient Portal signups
- Collecting Patient Co-Pays, credit card information and outstanding balances
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting/front desk strongly preferred
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Previous experience with scheduling
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills and accurate data entry
- EPIC electronic medical record system experience is a plus, previous electronic medical record system required.
