Billing Representative Endurance Warranty Services is seeking a full-time Billing Representative to join our Department The Billing Representative is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and payment procedures. Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with customers, and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors.  Informing customers of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines. Process prorated refunds. Handles various administrative and system tasks.  May be asked assist with cancellations or contacts changes to contact information (addresses, phone, etc.).  Handle inbound and/or outbound calls as needed.  Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job; therefore, camera usage is required for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.  Performs other related duties, as assigned.  Key to Success: Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation, patience and empathy Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills Basic math, bookkeeping and accounting skills Organization, time management and prioritization abilities Ability to be discreet and maintain the security of patient or customer information  Effective computer skills to input to use bookkeeping and account management software in a timely and efficient manner The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
